As an advocate for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), I ensure all voices are valued and contribute to high-performance cultures. I have a proven track record of leading successful transformations, aligning people, systems, and processes to achieve organisational goals, and embedding sustainable change for long-term success

  • Optimised efficiency and collaboration by restructuring roles, identifying key responsibilities, closing skills gaps through upskilling or new hires, and creating clear development pathways.
  • Developed leadership frameworks through skills matrices and appraisals, improving performance management, personal growth plans, and aligning talent to strategic goals.
  • Increased L&D investment by over £100K within 12 months, addressing a £40K budget underspend and negotiating annual increases to support current and future talent needs.
  • Turned around a 3-year decline in staff engagement, increasing engagement from 29% to a record 57% within 3 years, with disengagement reduced from 25% to just 4%.
