I am a project management professional with a proven track record in both the public and private sectors, as well as academia. I specialise in driving business transformations through process optimisation, Lean, and Agile methodologies. My leadership approach focuses on empowering teams, fostering continuous improvement, and creating long-term business value. With a strong focus on results, I have successfully led complex projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, managing risks, and exceeding expectations.

In addition to delivering successful projects, I am deeply committed to embedding a culture of continuous improvement within the teams I lead. I emphasise the importance of reflecting on lessons learned and integrating them into future initiatives, ensuring that every project is an opportunity for growth. This approach not only improves operational effectiveness but also empowers teams to adapt, innovate, and deliver consistently better outcomes over time.

Key Achievements:

• Established a Project Management Office (PMO) function for a public sector organisation and developed a clear project management framework, templates and standardised best practices across the organisation.
• Led a digital transformation project for a local Birmingham charity, resulting in the adoption of a series of new digital systems, the streamlining of their financial operations and organisational processes as well as the digitisation of the charity’s historical records.
